Take on a vital leadership role as an Interim Oncology Pharmacy Supervisor, managing pharmacy operations within a specialized Oncology Infusion Center. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Oncology Infusion Center pharmacy
- Supervise a team of 6 full-time employees, including 3 pharmacists and 3 pharmacy technicians
- Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) ensuring regulatory compliance and safety
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Pharmacy to optimize workflows and performance
- Maintain adherence to USP standards and oncology infusion protocols
Desired Experience
- Active California Pharmacist License required
- Minimum 5 years of pharmacist experience, specifically in oncology infusion
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) designation preferred
- Proven leadership and operational management skills in a pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of USP guidelines and oncology infusion procedures
